Her passion lies in personal development and exploring human potential.

In her pursuit of inner peace, Lorraine has dedicated the last 15 years to studying meditation and spirituality. She's participated in 10-day silent Vipassana retreats, been initiated into Kriya by the Yogis, and undergone Inner Engineering with Sadhguru. Currently, Lorraine is a student of shamanism, aiming to delve deeper into the realms of spirituality, consciousness, and healing.
